TROUBLESHOOTING

Codes did not work

1. Enter code slowly and exactly and it should work
2. in 90% cases, code do not work because IMEI supplied was not correct, please dial *#06# to recheck your IMEI
3. If the IMEI was correct but the phone did not accept unlock code then your phone is not in stock Rom

Restore your phone back to stock Rom code will work

4. However if IMEI was correct and phone in running stock Rom, Make video of proof to get refund
